My cellular data (iPhone14 pro)has been going in and out and if it's even working it's extremely slow. A speed test hit a high of 20mps. My phone will show full 5Guc butnot load and and disconnect from the internet. It will switchbetween 5Guc, 5G, LTE, E, and SOS mode.Using WiFi there are zero issues. Ialso was ona Sprint plan and upgraded to a tmobile plan for "premium data". It's been this way overa month now in the Chicago area. Anyone else having these issues?86Visto1like2Comentariosmerger, network
My iPhone 11 was working fine until the merger and switching to 5G. I do not understand why I have to pay to upgrade my iPhone. I didn't chose to merge or switch to 5G, the company did. My phone had zero issues until the company switched up. This is ridiculous and they are not understanding my perspective, highly unsatisfied with their customer service.63Visto0likes1ComentarioSprint vs T-Mobile
Hi everyone. So recently my fiance and I have made the switch to Tmobile from Sprint. We werehappy but now it's changed. Our only other option is basically to switch to Verizon but it's not like that'll help since Verizon doesn't really reach out to where we live. Under Sprint, we legit had signal to do everything and that's without a magic box! We had signal enough to even use our phones as Wi-Fi for our Xbox, PlayStation and our Nintendo Switch! Now that we kind of didn't really have a choice BUT to switch since the merge, we've hardly had any signal for anything. We were informed that the towers were going to get upgraded and so forth but how long until that happens? Is there any way we can look up the status of these towers? We'd like to know since every other 5 feet we walk on our property, we now lose signal. We can hardly make calls since they drop like every 10 minutes or so unless we keep our phones stationary which our Bluetoothhelps with that unless we walk to far away. Is there anything we can do? We literally had no problems until we switched…210Visto0likes2ComentariosNo cell phone service in New Port Richey Fl 34654
I have been on the phone with Sprint/T-Mobile customer service, technical support, and hung up on or can't hear me during conversations with them for the last two days. As soon as I hit my neighborhood area I have no cell service nor can I get Internet on my cell phone. I've been told the tower is down for the last two days and nobody has an explanation or a timeframe of when it will be fixed except ASAP. This is very frustrating and I am one day away from dropping this company and going to Verizon. This is unacceptable my husband has lost multiple leads for his business due to this . I need an answer right now of when my service will have more than one bar located on my phone. I can't even openan appor listen to music on my phone when I take my dog for a walk and that is unacceptable I am furious right now. The only way I can do anything is if I'm on Wi-FiI pay way too much money on auto pay every month to go through this. I have done everything the technical help department has asked to no avail. So this must be issues with the tower.Has anyone else in this area has these issues? I need THE Sprint/T-Mobileto respond today and NOT FROM INDIA, MEXICO, OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY BESIDES THE US.149Visto2likes2ComentariosMOVING GREAT NO SERVICE!!!
I am a current TMobile customer, matter of fact just added a line for my daughter as well…. I live in the suburbs of atlanta and have ok 5g service…. but Im moving sometime in the middle of this month to Union Point Georgia...one of my daughters already lives there and it's actually her house Im moving to when she leaves for Seattle. problem is is when i visit there my service is minimal at best outside the home, go inside and hang it up it's a done deal you'll have absolutely NO service!! i know if i were to obtain a signal booster i could get service inside the house but how do i go about doing that? i've found a few of sprints signal boosters (Sprint AirUnity 587 Magic Box (B41HL) LTE Signal Booster) on a shopping site i use for next to nothing, could i use that here at t-mobile? and if not what should i be looking for to get to use as my signal booster? thanks261Visto0likes7Comentarios
