merger, network

My iPhone 11 was working fine until the merger and switching to 5G. I do not understand why I have to pay to upgrade my iPhone. I didn't chose to merge or switch to 5G, the company did. My phone had zero issues until the company switched up. This is ridiculous and they are not understanding my perspective, highly unsatisfied with their customer service.

Sprint didn't really have a choice in the merge.  They were beyond the point of recoverable bankrupt from decades of poor business practices.  If T-Mobile had allowed Sprint to go bankrupt, you would be purchasing a new phone and new service anyway.  You could always trade-in your current device for something newer.  There are some Black Friday deals starting on November 18th that might be to your liking.
