2 TopicsNo More Standalone Plans for Galaxy Wearable
I had two watch 4's on the standalone 500 plan. I just upgraded to watch 7's lte that I purchased from Samsung and now one of them won't connect to Tmobile data. Keeps getting errors that I am on the wrong plan. The other one worked fine. Tmobile says the on working shouldn't. They stop supporting stand along devices older than 2018. Been on phone with CS and they have been great but it sucks this doesn't work. They are for my 11 and 9 year old. The kid watches suck and are not water proof. Come Tmobile! Bring back standalone plansplease, stuck with expenisve usely watches.559Visto0likes3ComentariosAdding an Apple Watch to my account for a child
I have the Magenta Max plan with 3 lines with an iPhone on each (me, wife, son). I want to add an Apple Watch for my daughter as a standalone device so she can call us in an emergency and so we can see her location when going to/from school (she is too young for an iPhone). When I try to buy a watch from T-Mobile online, the site keeps asking me which existing line I would like to add the watch to. I can't find any way to buy a watch and add a standalone line for it. I was hoping to take advantage oftheApple Watch SE 2 deal (24 monthly credits when adding a line) but it seems to be for a Digits line only, paired with an existing number. Is there a specific process for this? Or do I need to go to a store? thanks!2.1KViews0likes2Comentarios
