Do not Trust T-Mobile Company, their promotions or network. T-Mobile sucks, I should have understood better. The network sucks and they are deploying cheating sales techniques. I have similar storyline as above. I also got sold an offer 4 lines with 4 free phones. I traded my 3 phone and they said, I can bring my own device for 4th one. If there was conditions attaches, I should have been told about them. I was forced to sell all my 3 Iphones tothem cheap to T-Mobileto get the deal. They said do not worry about anything that shows up in your bill for 2 months, everything will clear out in 2 months. After two months, I am screwed. They say, we do not see that promotion in our system. They said you are on another promotion saying Buy 1 phone and get 2nd for free, but still I needed to trade all my three phone. After fighting, they said yes you should be on 4 lines with 4 free phones, but still continue to charge me around $118.16 for lines and 67.50 for equipment. Just in two months, they billed me almost 500$. It was supposed to be just $100/month + tax everymonth. That means I should be billed around 240 approximately.They are giving me go around.
why does t mobile suck
I can be in Chicago, south bend or Indianapolis and have full 5G bars with absolute no service. There is no reason, if I have 3 bars on 5G, why my text messages will not go through. I have been trying for 2 hours to clock back into my Workforce App, with absolutely no luck. Outside, inside, on the balcony, on top of my truck, out in the middle of the road and up at the Clubhouse. All 5G and absolutely no signal. If yall tell me again "turn your phone off".. how about yall stop lying about the service you provide.Not getting Voicemails
It has been a month now and I still am unable to get voicemails. I have had this phone number for about 15 years and have never had this problem. TMobile has not been very helpful and the customer service does not exist. I have had 2 tickets opened, and nothing. No one calls me with an update. My voicemail began to work yesterday, but today it is not. I am absolutley furious and want to swtich carriers. But of course, I still have to pay full price for a service I am not receiving at the moment.
