promoción de t-mobile
22 TopicsParamount Plus promotion fiasco
Judging from some of the posts I've read here and else were it seems my experiencehas played out with several other upset T-mobile customers as well. I subscribed to the Paramount Plus deal a couple of days ago only to be sent an email confirmation from Paramount with the following conflictingverbage: "Your payment method will be billed $4.99 on a recurring basis when your trial expires on Jan 2, 2022. Charges will apply if you do not cancel before Jan 2, 2022 except if you have a discount that covers the entire cost of a subscription, then you must cancel before the expiration of that discount to avoid charges. Taxes applicable in certain states. *Coupon: 100% off for 12 months has been applied. For your updated billing amount and trial ending date, please visit your account page." So, of course, at first glance it literally gives me less than a week to cancel or my credit card will be billed. Not even the standard (non T-mobile) 30 day Paramount free trial. Anyways, so the bottom of the email says a coupon for 12 months free has been applied and that my Paramount Plus account page will reflect that. Great awesome, right?! I should be all set….Nope. On my Paramount account page it still statedthe same thing;that if I do not cancel before Jan 2, 2022 my credit card will be billed. So, I did the only thing that makes sense in order to avoid having my credit card charged for this shadycrap, canceled my subscriptionand tried to re-apply for the promotion after speaking with Paramount Plus support about my issue. No such luck, they said to contact T-Mobile so they can give me a new coupon code. That's where I sit now - waiting for a proper answer from T-Mobile instead of vague voicemails stating my issue is resolved when it isn't. They have yet to provide me a new coupon code when I have read else where others were given one to re-apply.I have been with T-mobile for over 15 years and this is the first time their customer service has really disappointed me and made me think twice of staying with them anymore.2.8KViews5likes11ComentariosParamount+ on Us Upgrades?
I registered for Paramount+ through the link provided by T-Mobile. Everything seemed great. After reading about the limits of Paramount+ Essentials I decided to pay for an upgrade to Premium. But the amount I was billed didn't give me any discount at all from T-Mobile. Is that correct? I know it only allows for free Essentials, but I presumed it would be similar to Netflix, where we still get a discount off of the Premium Tier. If it is correct, is that a Paramount restriction or a T-Mobile restriction?2.6KViews4likes5ComentariosCannot get paramount plus promotion code
Has anyone found a solution to get the promotion code to generate at https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ParamountPlus?? I typed in my T-Mobile phone number but nothing happens when I click "Continue", like literally the only thing that happens is my number disappears. The other site I've been directed to is https://promotions.t-mobile.com/rebates. But that promotion code is required.11KViews3likes19ComentariosCheated out of phone trade in value
I'm a prior long time sprint customer. T-mobile bought them out and upgraded to 5G. My wife's samsung 7S edge would not work on 5G and my iphone 6 was getting old enough that I could no longer upgrade apps, so we decided to both upgrade. We decided on the samsung S21 5G for each of us. We were promised $400 each credit on trade-in. Got our phones and sent the old ones in still in their otter boxes. Got a text from them that they were received damaged and we would not receive credit. What a bunch of BS! Clearly lying and never intended to give us credit. CHEATERS! I have seen lots of similar stories on here and I think they are asking for a class action lawsuit. Anyone else with me? BTW never got my phone back.564Visto2likes5ComentariosCancel Tmobile service
I am in the process of canceling my Tmobile service. I am tired of being promised discounts and services that never happen. I call and talk to someoneand nothing ever happens. The support in the Philippines is like a broken record of promising excellent service and failing to deliver. It appears since John stepped down as the CEO of Tmobile, the new CEO allowed the TMobile to circle the hole and push the lever of the toilet. The Tmobile is no longer the great company that attracted me to it all those years ago. It was a great ride while John was at the helm. The ride with the new CEO has and is awful.475Visto1like3ComentariosIs this really the way you want to do business?
I am at my wits end from dealing with your company and am completely disgusted with the way your team had dealt with our issue. I would like to say handled, but there has been no work whatsoever on your part, so I can't. My husband and I receive an email that we were eligible for upgrades on our phones. Upon logging in to our account, we had the little upgrade icon next to all of our devices and the banner per the images below at the top. We proceeded through the process steps to receive our phones and receive a receipt that says "Total Due Monthly" of $138.36 which was roughly $1 more than we were paying which seemed reasonable so we continued. We received the phones but did not receive the expected "Trade In Shipping Kit" packaging to send back our old phones. Then we received a bill for $275.45. When we called, we expected that the issue was that the trade in had not been received since we had not received the "Trade In Shipping Kit," however we were told that there was no trade in and that since we were outside of the 20 day window we couldn't return our phones. This is a major issue which we in turn spent 7-day back and forth with your teams trying to work it out but no one wanted to help all they did was tell us that we were outside of the 20-day return period. The worst part, is that we weren't trying to return our phones, we wanted the trade in that is presented to us and to maintain our monthly payment (or close to it). Clearly that is something that your entire organization can't seem to comprehend and did not care to help us achieve. When we login to our account the banner at the top that clearly states that trade-ins are available. And when we follow the process, which we did, that is laid out on the banner, we are taken to the Shop tab (with our account highlighted per below) and then click Apple - iPhone 15, it shows Promotional Offers may be available. Click that message and now you get a "Technical difficulties. Please try again later message. If you click the x, the message goes away and it displays the Promotion available - Bus Phone Activation ID240301. (See screen shots below). And on your own website, this promotion started on May 2 and is still active. Not to mention the numerous other promotions running (see below) and yet we are told there is nothing they can do to help this and that we should be paying the full amounts of these phones. It's ridiculous! They also try to tell me that the banner probably wasn't up when we made the purchase, but I can see in the website dashboard that it went up on 4/29/24. In addition, when we originally upgraded our phones, we had to pay the taxes for the phones, which we did. In the amount of $257.30. AND YET, on our new bill, we are also still being charged a tax monthly on the phones. Both can't be true. Lastly, your website is a complete mess. It never recognizes our phone number when we try to login, the technical difficulties message has been up for several weeks straight AND we regularly get error messages when we try to change from screen to screen. I have all the documentation to back this up and this will be elevated in the next day if this isn't resolved!161Visto1like2ComentariosParamount+ on us suddenly stopped
Hello, I have had Paramount+ on us for a few months on my Roku tv and love it, but all of a sudden it is telling me i need to subscribe. My year on T-Mobile is not up yet. I have made no changes myself. Why do i not have the T-Mobile subscription any longer? Also i looked up "manage my add-ons" and P+ is not listed in current or in history. I would be willing to subscribe through T-Mobile, but it says a subscription is $4.95 and when i click on link, it takes me to a subscription that is $9.95 plus tax. Feeling a tinge of twilight zone here… Does anyone else have the same thing going on? Does anyone have an understanding or a guess as to what has happened? Help and advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time. Michelle143Visto1like1Comentario
