Cancel Tmobile service
I am in the process of canceling my Tmobile service. I am tired of being promised discounts and services that never happen. I call and talk to someoneand nothing ever happens. The support in the Philippines is like a broken record of promising excellent service and failing to deliver. It appears since John stepped down as the CEO of Tmobile, the new CEO allowed the TMobile to circle the hole and push the lever of the toilet. The Tmobile is no longer the great company that attracted me to it all those years ago. It was a great ride while John was at the helm. The ride with the new CEO has and is awful.

Is there a way to take advantage of the paramount plus offer with an existing paramount + login? It appears that you have to create a new set of paramount plus login credentials to activate. I want to cancel my existing paramount + essentials subscription and use the tmobile Paramount+ & showtime offer
Cheated out of phone trade in value
I'm a prior long time sprint customer. T-mobile bought them out and upgraded to 5G. My wife's samsung 7S edge would not work on 5G and my iphone 6 was getting old enough that I could no longer upgrade apps, so we decided to both upgrade. We decided on the samsung S21 5G for each of us. We were promised $400 each credit on trade-in. Got our phones and sent the old ones in still in their otter boxes. Got a text from them that they were received damaged and we would not receive credit. What a bunch of BS! Clearly lying and never intended to give us credit. CHEATERS! I have seen lots of similar stories on here and I think they are asking for a class action lawsuit. Anyone else with me? BTW never got my phone back.
How do I cancel Paramount plus free subscription for a year
How do I cancel this paramount plus free prescription from T-Mobile? They have a package deal from paramount where I can get paramount plus and Showtime for $14.99 a month but first I have to cancel my current paramount subscription and my Showtime subscription. I can cancel the Showtime subscription using my Roku remote but there's no option to cancel the paramount plus prescription using the Roku remote because it was free I guess. I don't wanna keep it because it doesn't show anything live. It's not worth it if I can get Showtime in paramount plus together for 15 bucks. I don't see it on here anywhere on my account page.

I signed up and created the account needed for the 1 year FREE Paramount+ subscription and then the next step was to pick my plan, 0.00 for 12 months. Next step: setup up for payment with a credit card. Should I be the idiot who creates the payment with 0.00? Or is the idiot a T-Mobile employee who doesn't understand you don't make a credit card for free stuff. Anyway, don't do Paramount+, don't do streaming!!
Paramount Plus promotion fiasco
Judging from some of the posts I've read here and else were it seems my experiencehas played out with several other upset T-mobile customers as well. I subscribed to the Paramount Plus deal a couple of days ago only to be sent an email confirmation from Paramount with the following conflictingverbage: "Your payment method will be billed $4.99 on a recurring basis when your trial expires on Jan 2, 2022. Charges will apply if you do not cancel before Jan 2, 2022 except if you have a discount that covers the entire cost of a subscription, then you must cancel before the expiration of that discount to avoid charges. Taxes applicable in certain states. *Coupon: 100% off for 12 months has been applied. For your updated billing amount and trial ending date, please visit your account page." So, of course, at first glance it literally gives me less than a week to cancel or my credit card will be billed. Not even the standard (non T-mobile) 30 day Paramount free trial. Anyways, so the bottom of the email says a coupon for 12 months free has been applied and that my Paramount Plus account page will reflect that. Great awesome, right?! I should be all set….Nope. On my Paramount account page it still statedthe same thing;that if I do not cancel before Jan 2, 2022 my credit card will be billed. So, I did the only thing that makes sense in order to avoid having my credit card charged for this shadycrap, canceled my subscriptionand tried to re-apply for the promotion after speaking with Paramount Plus support about my issue. No such luck, they said to contact T-Mobile so they can give me a new coupon code. That's where I sit now - waiting for a proper answer from T-Mobile instead of vague voicemails stating my issue is resolved when it isn't. They have yet to provide me a new coupon code when I have read else where others were given one to re-apply.I have been with T-mobile for over 15 years and this is the first time their customer service has really disappointed me and made me think twice of staying with them anymore.
Can't make T-Mobile ID and adjust my billing settings
So, I signed up for T-Mobile home internet a few weeks ago. So far, it has been absolutely great, I can't complain about the service. What I do have a problem with at the moment is that I am just unable to make an ID. I literally just can not access my account, and T-Mobile phone support has been no help. They suggested to just close my account and make a whole new one all together because, you know, why not. Has anyone else run into this issue and know a possible solution?

I am trying to add the Paramount+ On Us add on through T-Mobile, but I only see Paramount + premium as a choice. I logged into my Paramount+ account to make sure I wasn't getting it for free already and I am not. I even canceled my Paramount+ to see if I would then see the option to add it through T-Mobile but I still only see Paramount+ premium. I don't get it.Paramount Plus Live Has Never Worked
I have the free years' worth of Paramount Plus and the live part of it has never worked. I gave up trying to watch it a long time ago. I've updated my Roku box looked for updates to apps restarted my system and nothing works. For example if I try to watch NFL football on Sunday on Paramount Plus, the sound and video are never In Sync and eventually the screen just freezes. So the free years' worthof Paramount Plus for live TV has been completely useless. On Demand works fine but live TV- no es bueno.
