How do I cancel Paramount plus free subscription for a year
How do I cancel this paramount plus free prescription from T-Mobile? They have a package deal from paramount where I can get paramount plus and Showtime for $14.99 a month but first I have to cancel my current paramount subscription and my Showtime subscription. I can cancel the Showtime subscription using my Roku remote but there's no option to cancel the paramount plus prescription using the Roku remote because it was free I guess. I don't wanna keep it because it doesn't show anything live. It's not worth it if I can get Showtime in paramount plus together for 15 bucks. I don't see it on here anywhere on my account page.
Have you tried canceling it from your Mytmobile account.
Try signing to your Paramount plan to manage settings. That's where my sign up email says.
When you sign in it will take you here to cancel.
It doesn't work for me because the Paramount doesn't show that I'm subscribed to the channel and T-Mobile I spoke with on the phone and they show that I have it until February but no one can figure out how to cancel it at T-Mobile.
You can always sign up for the Paramount offer using a different email to create a new account. That's what I had to do when I signed up for the free Tmobile plan
Try logging in to your Tmobile account directly from your website and not the tmobile app. Then scroll down to look for "Manage add-on's" (hint:it has a wrench icon next to it). Then scroll down to "Services". The paramount plus should populate there. You can I click on the box when you are ready to unsubscribe. Then scroll down to continue. ¡Buena suerte!
By unchecking the box will it cancel subscription? There is not an option to cancel anywhere on Paramount+ or on TMobile manage accounts. If I click on Manage Paramount Plus>Manage add-ons; it loops me back to this same screenshot page.
