t-mobile sprint merger
2 TopicsSprint to T-Mobile SIM card broke my hotspot
I am a Sprint customer. I ordered and installed the T-mobile SIM card to switch over. After the change over the hotspot feature of my iPhone does not provide access to the Internet. It appears that DHCP is not giving the iPhone an IP address. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get it fixed with no solution. So they "Wrote a ticket." Haven't heard back for several days. And now I'm no longer eligible for the $200 towards a new iPhone. Really frustrated!!! Upgrade to T-mobile and break your phone!!!!887Visto1like3ComentariosLG G5 (LS992) Will It Move Over From Sprint To T-Mobile As Part And Work After 3G Retirement
When I put my IMEI number for my LG G5 (LS992) in on the T-Mobile Bring Your Own Device page, it says it is unsupported. However, the LG G5 appears to have everything that would be needed to make the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and also has VoLTE for the 3G retirement: It has GSM support (which I confirmed in the settings), it is 4G LTE compatible, it has VoLTE (which I have turned on), and it has B2, B4, and B12 bands supported which overlap with T-Mobile (in addition to bands B66 and B71 which do not from what I understand). Since it looks like the phone has everything needed, would it be supported (is the bring your own device reporting incorrectly), or is there another reason that it may not be supported that I am missing? Thank you for any help you are able to give.674Visto0likes7Comentarios
