So your store representative at Metro BY T-mobile sells be a revvl v for $480. At the same time, she sells me a Moto G for $480. Now I am stuck with two dead POS phones for a grand, and you people tell me I have a 1 YWEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ON MY PHONE. BUT NONE OF YOU WILL TELL ME HOW TO USE IT, NOR WILL YOU TELL THE NEW MANAGER OF THE METRO BY T MOBIL STORE HOW TO USE IT. WHAT GIVES WITH ALL THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY???? I SPENT $500 FOR A $300 DOLLAR PHONE BECAUSE OF YOU PEOPLE, AND I AM NOT COMING OUT OF POCKET ONE MORE TIME!!!! MY PHONE DIALER KEEPS CRASHING. FIX IT OR REPLACE THE THING!!!152Visto0likes6ComentariosUnlocked phone was locked and I want it unlocked now
I purchased a factory unlocked galaxy s22 from best buy nearly two years ago and had a no contract phone plan through Metropcs, which later, years after I signed up with metropcs, became metro by tmobile. I canceled my service with Metro by Tmobile and started a plan with xfinity mobile but I am unable to switch my esim because it says my device is locked and ineligible for unlock. ? Tmobile doesn't own my device and is holding it hostage. I need to be able to communicate with my family and business associates and you are directly hindering that. I will never use your mobile or other service and will always go out of my way to recommend that others find a better service provider, one that won't try to hijack and their device without their knowledge. When Tmobile took over they locked my phone to their network and now I am hearing that I need to provide proof that I didn't purchase the phone from Tmobile? The phone was not purchased from a mobile carrier at all for this exact reason. So that I could switch networks when I wanted to without going through this nonsense. I have filed an informal complaint with the FCC regarding this matter and will gladly escalate it to a formal complaint and go as far as is necessary to ensure that Tmobile undoes this injustice and is held responsible for their actions. This is unacceptable. You have no right to hold my device hostage like this when I purchased it outright from a retailer as an unlocked device, not to mention that I was only affiliated with your scummy service because you acquired the phone company I had service through.33Visto0likes0ComentariosT-mobile is lies
I have had nothing but headaches with Tmobile. i had a promotion and got 3 new iphones and sent in 3trade ins. for the past 8 months have been getting charged full price for 1 of the phones. contacted customer service about 30 times. They confirmed that they received the 3 trade ins and they will get this issue resolved and never do. They always say they will follow up and never do. Have all the screenshots of the lies from customer service. next up i will have to contact a lawyer. Tmobile stole my iphone. and my time since i have spent numerous hours with customer service and nothing gets fixed.27Visto0likes0Comentarios
