cellular data not working anywhere
my cellular data stopped working a few months ago. i have unlimited data and have not cancelled my plan. i have been totally unable to do anything anywhere. i have reset my network settings and my device. it will tell me i have 5G, but then proceed to not do anything.
Upgraded from Android to IPhone - Unable to receive text messages from Android Users...
I just upgraded from a Android to an iPhone 14 Plus. I can send text messages to Android users, but their response doesn't come back to my iPhone. It comes into my old Android Device. I tried all the trouble shooting I could find online, as well as spent an hour with a T-Mobile Tech person over the phone. There is no resolve at this point. I will now have to return this phone that I've fallen in love with because I am not going to have a phone that excludes people from communicating with me. I have 7 days to make a decision. I am furious about this. I did find this on the Apple Forums, but it seems it didn't help the T-Mobile Tech get to the bottom of this issue: Apple: not getting texts from androids

I have 2 Moto5G phones with intermittent hardware issues. Calling making -receiving -ending- dropping Touchscreen does not acknowledge my touch power phone may not turn on or off (to reset or charge or hang up call screen not performing Internet Page not fully load- GPS not working. speakers and microphone can't hear people or people can't hear me. when putting password in touch screen shows correct password at TMOBILE and password rejected I have requested proper escalation to resolve. How long does it take for the overseas team to email me?
Zfold 4 with keep and switch promotion?
I'd like to utilize the Keep and Switch Promo to switch from Verizon to Tmobile, but the Zfold 4 isn't on the list of eligible devices. I am wondering if this is because it just wasn't updated for the zfold 4, or if there is some reason I wouldn't be able to use the promo with my phone? It seems like the list is used to make sure phones are compatible with the Tmobile network, which the Zfold 4 would be. I just don't want to pay it off, file for the $800 promo, and then have them tell me my phone isn't eligible for the promo. Clarity would be appreciated!
xbox live party chat not working with mobile hotspot
Hello, i recently had to switch cellphone providers from sprint to tmobile since sprint merged. For years i have played xbox live with a mobile hotspot all the way back to when ntelos was still around. Its always worked fine until i had to switch to tmobiles network and now i cant join any xbox live parties whatsoever. This has never been an issue until now, ive tried speaking with representatives and gotten no help or real answers as to why this is. Ive read on here that others have had similar issues with tmobile but they were using a gateway router. Im using the hotspot off my phone which again, has always worked great until having to switch to tmobile. Anyone know a fix?2G NETWORK PLEASE PREVAIL
I love using the 2g network before any other network. especially above 3g . my second is 4g LTE with Verizon . but since they are pansy's and only care about the 4g 5g trend I switched to T- Mf Mobile! I hope to god they keep the 2g network alive for us cellular agents and global techys!
No cell phone service in New Port Richey Fl 34654
I have been on the phone with Sprint/T-Mobile customer service, technical support, and hung up on or can't hear me during conversations with them for the last two days. As soon as I hit my neighborhood area I have no cell service nor can I get Internet on my cell phone. I've been told the tower is down for the last two days and nobody has an explanation or a timeframe of when it will be fixed except ASAP. This is very frustrating and I am one day away from dropping this company and going to Verizon. This is unacceptable my husband has lost multiple leads for his business due to this . I need an answer right now of when my service will have more than one bar located on my phone. I can't even openan appor listen to music on my phone when I take my dog for a walk and that is unacceptable I am furious right now. The only way I can do anything is if I'm on Wi-FiI pay way too much money on auto pay every month to go through this. I have done everything the technical help department has asked to no avail. So this must be issues with the tower.Has anyone else in this area has these issues? I need THE Sprint/T-Mobileto respond today and NOT FROM INDIA, MEXICO, OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY BESIDES THE US.
