I have 2 Moto5G phones with intermittent hardware issues.
Calling making -receiving -ending- dropping
Touchscreen does not acknowledge my touch
power phone may not turn on or off (to reset or charge or hang up call screen not performing
Internet Page not fully load- GPS not working.
speakers and microphone can't hear people or people can't hear me.
when putting password in touch screen shows correct password at TMOBILE and password rejected
I have requested proper escalation to resolve. How long does it take for the overseas team to email me?
