Hi So generally I have been pleased with T MOBILE internet. Some glitches.. but ook… BUT the BIGGESt GRIPE i Have is that the last 2 Fridays for around 8 hours the ENTIRE Internet AND Cell phone coverage has gone down in my area!!! NO WARNING and I was confused and stressed.. what was going on. It ruined my Friday having to drive 20 minutes away to get a signal to find out what happened. Then it happened AGAIN this Friday.. again, no warning. I have gottne very flippant answers from other customers about how T Mobile can't expect to "cater to my entitlement'.. UH what "Entitlement" ?? That I have reliable cell phone service at my home? Even the Energy Company has a courtesty to tell you when things are going down and appx time it will be restored. Can't we expect the same of TmOBILE? How long are these "Modernization upgrades going to be happening?529Visto2likes5ComentariosWhen will you complete updates to nearby tower?
When will you complete updates to the nearby cell tower? When I began using your service I had on average a 40 mbps download speed. I changed nothing and now during the day I average 1-2 mbps and 10 mbps in the evening. This has been occurring since November 2021. The story I get when I speak with your support is that they are upgrading the tower near me and once finished I will have the best service ever. But when? When will the upgrade be completed?1.3KViews1like3ComentariosTower Location - Site Available to Service Ford's Blue Oval City
Looking to request site review for New Cell Tower… I've already used T-Mobiles Tower Site Map to verify lack of signal available. I own the property and have cleared the way (zoning etc) for cell tower installation I have already contacted the City of Covington, the County of Tipton and Ford's Blue Oval City Planners regarding thismatter. We have received the approval to moveforward from all parties concerned. Ford Blue Oval City planners have already felt the lack of reliable cell service while commuting to andfrom the Blue Oval City Location. In meetings with the City, County, and Blue Oval Cityofficials have all agreed thedemand is apparentand theneed is significant. This demand will only increase over the nextfew months and years, with an additional 6500+ (Blue Oval City) Jobs/Employees movinginto an area which is already poorlyservedby cell services. The site proposed is already correctly zoned for this use.Solved161Visto0likes2ComentariosBars decrease in the same location as the day goes by, only in one location, eventually no data.
At the beginning of my day at my office, my S22 Ultra (same exact problem with previous phone, S21 Ultra) has 5GUC and has blazing fast speeds with four bars. This is at my desk. My desk does not move. My building is not mobile. As the day goes on, the "UC" from "5GUC" drops. Bars start dropping. Eventually I only have one bar and sometimes only 4G. The data speeds drop from blazing fast to no data connectivity. This issue does not seem to affect voice calls. This issue happens daily, and is consistent across two different phone models and multiple devices. I have spoken with customer support and they stated that there was some modernization being performed on the tower that I connect with in this location. That was several weeks ago. At some point the support tech made some unspecified change, remotely to my phone and the bars increased and the "5G UC" returned to my phone and so did the blazing fast speeds. That only lasted for a few hours and the issues returned. I don't have time to sit on the phone with customer service all day because I'm at work. Does anyone have any advice?283Visto0likes2ComentariosModernization speeds all over the place
Hi, We live in a rural area and rarely get over 2 bars of cell service on LTE with download speeds MAYBE as good as 15mbps. Recently, things got worse and our bars have been dropping to nothing, or 1 bar, with speeds of under 1mbps. I called T-Mobile and was told that they were doing Modernization of the towers and that it should be done within a few days. Fast forward to today (a week later) speeds were still bad until this morning when I woke up to 2 bars of 5G with download speeds of over 100mbps! To my delight, I thought we were getting somewhere and that T-Mobile had finally delivered on the promise they made over a year ago that things were being upgraded and improved. That lasted for approximately 1 hour, then we dropped off the face of the earth again, back down to record low, unusable LTE speeds of less than 1mbps. My question is, obviously we now know we are capable of receiving 5G and super good speeds, but my worry is that this happened by accident or some fluke and we won't be getting anywhere near this once modernization is complete. Any insight into how this modernization works, the technical side of these things, or if we should hold our breath would be great. As I'm writing this, I now have 1 bar of 5G back and getting 70.5 mbps down! Please Lord, please let this hold! Hubby and I have been working from home for the last year with terrible speeds, and have been praying for a solution this wholetime. Thanks for any insight! I have been on the phone with Sprint/T-Mobile customer service, technical support, and hung up on or can't hear me during conversations with them for the last two days. As soon as I hit my neighborhood area I have no cell service nor can I get Internet on my cell phone. I've been told the tower is down for the last two days and nobody has an explanation or a timeframe of when it will be fixed except ASAP. This is very frustrating and I am one day away from dropping this company and going to Verizon. This is unacceptable my husband has lost multiple leads for his business due to this . I need an answer right now of when my service will have more than one bar located on my phone. I can't even openan appor listen to music on my phone when I take my dog for a walk and that is unacceptable I am furious right now. The only way I can do anything is if I'm on Wi-FiI pay way too much money on auto pay every month to go through this. I have done everything the technical help department has asked to no avail. So this must be issues with the tower.Has anyone else in this area has these issues? I need THE Sprint/T-Mobileto respond today and NOT FROM INDIA, MEXICO, OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY BESIDES THE US.149Visto2likes2ComentariosHow do I request a tower/coverage?
I've been using Sprint/T-Mobile for many years now and will be moving in the near future. The data speed and coverageover this time has been great, but the area that I will be moving tohas a coverage problem. Being in that area first hand and looking on the map I have noticed this issue. The area surrounding where I will be moving has great service 4G LTE & 5G, but for some reason the specific area I will be moving to has no coverage! I've called Customer Support and there was nothing they could do on their end. With this, I was wondering how would I request coverage or a tower for the area we will be moving? I would love to stick with T-Mobile heading into the future as I have had no issues thus far. ¡Gracias!5.1KViews0likes6Comentarios
