Question about trade in
Hi so I'm getting a new phone and I declined the offer of tradein And getting a $1000 credit And decided to just keep my old phone And still get the new one The only reason why I decided to keep my older one even though I'm not going to be using it anymore is because it was a note 20 Ultra and they don't make notes anymore But now I'm questioning if I made the right decision And should I have just did the trade inoption And get my new phone plus The a $1000 credit Also what kind of credit is it?
S22 Ultra not showing up in trade in list
I'm trying to trade in my S22 ultra 5G for a new phone. Ever since the update, I have no service where I should have it and I'm over it. When I type in my IMEI, it takes me to a screen to type in my model number, but the S22 ultra 5G doesn't show up in the list. My model number is SM-S908U1. How am I supposed to trade in my phone if it doesn't show up in the list? Is that model number popping up for anyone else?
Cannot find where to print return label for trade in phone, website not working
I have three Samsung phones to return for trade-in on an upgrade promotion, but cannot get into the website to print return shipping labels and the T-Mobile store said they couldn't take them for us. I can't get through to support on phone or chat. I did return an Apple a couple weeks ago and had no issue finding the return label that printed with all the information needed for the specific trade-in promotion, but now everything on the app or website keeps going in a loop and never gets me to where I can print a shipping label for the phones that are due for trade-in (by Dec. 23!) HELP please!
Wouldn't trade in my phone
I took my Galaxy 8 note to my local store to trade it in for an upgrade. I was told that my phone could not be used as a trade in because I got a S21Fe Samsung (older model). I get it T-Mobile likes to make money; however, it seems that unless you buy the most expensive latest thing you get not only no discounts, but the customer service was terrible. I am fairly sure this is my last phone with T-Mobile (customer since 2001). Try taking care of your existing customers, I got money for my old phone from a third party and no I don't want the latest greatest, I want ried and true.
send my trade in
Hello, I had printed the shipping label for my trade in. However, it shows in the Receipt label the wrong ph. that I have to return. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 black. And the label reads Samsung Galaxy S21 Grey. Can you please send me a label with the correct ph. I don't want to have problems (I already had enough problems getting my I phone).
