Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S23 plus IMEI error
I preordered the unlocked S23+from Samsung and received it yesterday. When I tried to activate it online, it gave me an IMEI error. I called into support and the tech tried to help me activate it and he also got the IMEI error. He said I probably have to wait till the official release date on Feb. 17th to activate it. Is this true that I cannotactivate the S23+ before the official release date?

Previously when Iwas using a Sprint SIM card my Samsung Messgaes app had the "Chat settings" option in the message's settings, but after switching over to a T-Mobile SIM card the option disappeared. I did extensive research and found that T-Mobile forces unlocked devices, such as mine, to remove the "Chat settings" from the Samsung Messages app, and only allows devices locked to T-Mobile to have that option. I was wondering when or if T-Mobile will ever allow RCS/Chat settings in the Samsung Messages app on unlocked devices, such as mine.

I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN LIED TO AND HUNG UP ON MORE TIMES IN THE LAST 2 DAYS BY T - MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, TECHNICIANS, AND SUPERVISORS THAN IN MY WHOLE LIFE. IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT OR UNDERSTAND WHY I CANNOT RECEIVE PHONE CALLS FROM MY FIANCE WHO IS IN AN OHIO PRISON. I HAVE SET UP A PREPAID ACCOUNT AND WHEN SHE CALLS MY PHONE NUMBER IT DOES NOT RING ; DOES NOT GO TO VOICE MAIL IT STATES THAT THIS IS A RESTRICTED PHONE NUMBER AND NOT ALOUD TO ACCEPT CALLS FROM THIS FACILITY. I HAVE NO RESTRICTIONS ON MY PHONE AND IVE EVEN TURNED OFF THE SCAM SHEILD BLOCK. DOES ANYONE HAVE A CLUE ON WHSTS HAPPENING?Why is tmobile the only phone service blocking premium text?
why out of these phone services that the phones you sell is premium text denied? it was nit with sprint ? so get this as I figured out they have it blocked on their end so you will call and purchase new phones. Service access denied even for veterans that cannot verify accounts, to bypass this please download google voice and change all your accounts to your google number. AKA voip, tmobile i also fouund out is the only phone carrier that does this so that when you do call they will offer you to spend about 700 on a new phone upgrade. no other company just disables this, sprint even had it enabled til they merged, its all a call away from giving them alot of money ,, we did a story on this on our radio station and as a veteran military no one can ever use their tmobile number to verifuy their accounts to send codes so that you can access your online banks vetrans accounts, go to verizon, i wish i did but after this year i will be done with their asses. If you dont believe me than call…see if they dont offer or add more to your bill with tmobile, no one charges for third party access anymore, its to make sure its you that you logged in and can you believe these idiots are saying they charge?
