iPhone XS Max залочен оператором T-Mobile нахожусь сам не в США, подскажите как решить эту проблему ?

Call T-Mobile at 611 from your T-Mobile line or reach out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter to file a complaint. It won't make any difference. There are no exceptions for the SIM Unlock Policy.
