This might sound silly, however, my best friend's wife hates me. We have been best friends since Kindergarten, but I don't want him to call or text if it shows on the phone records. But if I call and *67 my number, will it still show up on they're phone records? Can you block your number when texting?20KViews0likes6ComentariosTower outages in Round Rock TX- when will problem be resolved?
We drove to a T Mobile store on Friday evening (6/9/23) to see if my IPhone needed repair because all calls were breaking up, rendering my phone useless for calling. We were told that 2 T Mobile cell towers in Round Rock, Texas, were down with no firm ETA on repair completion. I've checked with neighbors and learned thatT Mobile phone service appears to be disrupted for all. On Sunday I spent > 20 minutes on online 'CHAT' with 'Veronica V' and 20 + minutes into chat, I was told 'I have reviewed your account very thoroughly and I can see technicians are working at the site location near by your location and almost 90% of the work has been completed. Just for you, we will make sure that everything will be completed on priority." I have not been proactively notified of the issue, nor can I find out when T Mobile expects issue to be resolved. It's been nearly a week since my phone functioned properly for voice calls. Where can I find information pertaining to cell tower outage and expected ETA of resolution?212Visto0likes2ComentariosAre there known signal issues in Austin?
We have had terrible problems with signal since the power outages in Austin during the early February 2023 ice storm. Are there known issues with the T-Mobile towers? Are other people having problems?Symptoms: 1) We can make and receive calls but the person at the other end generally cannot hear us. 2) If that person can hear us, the call soon drops. We went through trouble shooting and forcing 2G only seems to help. But when will normal signal function be restored? Is there any information about this available anywhere? We also have problems with internet access but the voice call issue is the most alarming.199Visto0likes3ComentariosUnwanted Voice Calls
My question is, how can I deactivate receiving voice calls of all types. I'm a relatively new customer, my phone is listing spam calls. Now, in the first place, I never wanted any voice features. But economics forced my hand. I'm Deaf, so have no use for voice calls. However, T-Mobile charged more for their hearing impaired service than they did for services designed for the elderly. Being elderly, I took that service. I don't want any voice calls, despite it being a feature of my service. Is there any way to deactivate voice calls?95Visto0likes1Comentario
