I just got a new Galaxy FE watch and it does not pair with the Wearable app on my phone. My phone is a Galaxy S9 - Android version 10.0 (meets the requirements). The wearable app on my phone cannot find my watch. My watch states that my phone must have the wearable app which it does. I have uninstalled, installed, uninstalled etc with no luck. Bluetooth on my phone DOES find the watch. However when I try to pair them, the wearable app then states, "Galaxy Watch FE not supported. Not supported for the current version of your phone software. Check for an update, then try again." However,my software IS up to date on my phone and has the minimumrequirements of Android 10 to be compatible with the watch. I tried contacting Samsung support and they were clueless. So now I am stuck with a watch that does nothing. Can anyone please help me?12Visto0likes0ComentariosPhone promotions for new watches only
I'm so frustrated with T-Mobile! I have been with this company since 2004 and continue to be punished for being a loyal customer. I have a series 4 watch purchased in 2019 with a line and have been looking for any offer on watches for the last 2 years and the only deals they give are for new lines. It's upsetting because my cellular doesn't even work on my watch anymore like it should and so I'm willing to get a new watch but would like to purchase on a promo. So to do so Ihave to be inconvenienced for 90-days and then add the line back on. I find this upsetting. I've been patient and I just don't feel like TMobile cares about existing customers. It makes me really sad44Visto0likes2ComentariosCan I keep a wearable line if I cancel all other service?
ATM I am looking into getting the the new Galaxy watch. I know it's free with 2 years qualifying service for a line. ATM we have over a year left with my phone required. But the service out at my house isn't the best. So we had discussed changing carriers if TMobile hadnt built more service in the area by that time. I'd much rather keep TMobile but it's silly to drive to town in order to make a reliable phone call. Anyways if we were to end up canceling our regular plan would we be able to keep the wearable plan? I imagine this would mean my watch and phone would have different numbers but oh well. I just wanna know if you can have a wearable plan without a cell plan. And if so, is it more expensive than the regular 10$ per month?946Visto0likes3Comentarios
