Your story sounds exactly like mine! Nothing but liars! Customer service people have no clue what they're doing. I also spent endless hours on the phone with them and also chat ...one day I was on the phone over 5 hours!! I'm reporting these idiots to the BBB. I recorded their conversations also when I spent hours on chat because I had no phone service. Being a new customer I already had problems with them from day 1 and I'm done! New customer and already have huge problems with them. I'm so disgusted being lied to from people in customer service. Was sent a free phone that worked for only a week. They mailed me a second phone which was a damn disaster. I had to go to the T-Mobile store after spending hours on the phone. Eventually the store changed the SIM card because the electronic SIM wasn't working. I was told what my monthly bill would be. When I received the bill it was double the amount. Im about to report them to the BBB. I ordered wifi and decided to use them as my provider because their price was much cheaper than my previous provider. A MONTH INTO SIGNING UP WITH T-MOBILE WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. HAS ANYONE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB? People in customer service have absolutely no idea what they're doing!! They lie so much!! I got recordings of them also when I had no phone service I had to use chat so I've got enough proof that they are FRAUDS!!! T-MOBILE HAS NO CLUE WHO THEY'RE DEALING WITH!!63Visto0likes0Comentarios
