Re: Tmobile Home internet availability question
johnbor wrote: jlangan wrote: How can I get tmobile home internet at my address even if tmbile says it is not available. I kknow that it will work because I tested it. Keep trying a different customer service rep even go to multiple T-Mobile stores and sooner or later you will find one to give it to you especially the stores not owned by T-Mobile , they want to make a sale No wonder the service in my "locked" neighborhood keeps getting worse. Thanks for "helping" make the situation worse with your suggestion. You do realize TMO wants to make money, too, but not at the cost of destroying service?11Visto0likes0Comentarios- 22Visto0likes0Comentarios

Everytime that I call customer service I get someone who I can barely understand who is in the Philippines! Companies can make mistakes but at least TMO should have sent a revised text letting us know the offer no longer included Max, plus an apology for the mistaken text three weeks ago. Instead, their customer service reps are justtelling people to shell out more money for a more expensive plan. Is it la bait and switch? I doubt it started that way but their unwillingness to admit their mistake and communicate with us is ridiculous and perhaps rises to illegality in some states. Relying on third world customer service agents to sort this out obviously is no solution. Chances are none of them even understand the issue! You'd think someone from the company would respond in this thread!!25Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Hulu on us

Go here: https://promotions.t-mobile.com/huluonus This was probably just a short-term glitch while they were quietly reversing the promise to include MagentaMax customers. The link doesn't work anymore but glad to hear a few people were able to get what they were promised.5Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Hulu on us

The "full terms" in that text states the offer is for GO5G customers or customers with 2+ lines of Magenta Max. I have 3 lines but when I register for the Hulu promotion it tells me I don't qualify. They seemed to have changed their minds. "Changed their minds" is a nice way to say they lied to us. I'm on Magenta Max and got the same text and I have a copy of the text stating my Magenta Max plan was included. Some Magenta Max subscribers say they were able to get Hulu using a promotions link that has been posted lots of places but it seems like that was a fluke that didn't work for most people including me. TMO used to be the cellphone company with the best customer service. Used to be as in no longer! (But I did get the "upgrade" from Netflix Standard to Netflix with ads!!)6Visto0likes0Comentarios
