Re: T-mobile lied to me TWICE. T-Mobile, when will you make good on your promise?
I am sorry for your negative experience with T-Mobile. I have crappy coverage in my area also... but i use wifi calling for texting and calling in my house. And my service have improved drastically since 2009. If you are not getting the service you are happy with you should find another carrier that will take care of your needs (as you stated you did). As far as getting a refund, If you have any record that you Asked T-Mobile for a refund within the 14 days of purchase ... contact the Corporate Office informing them of your situation.16Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: Free data for life not working - anyone else?
My 3 mobile internet lines with Free Data For Life (FDFL) has been successfully added back by T-Mobile T-Force Team. I'm so happy I can see it with my own eyes "FREE DATA FOR LIFE" when I log onto my account via the T-Mobile account website. Hopefully it won't ever get inadvertently removed again.19Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Free data for life not working - anyone else?
Early this month I contacted T-Force with questions regarding my data limit on 1 of my mobile internet lines.... I shouldnt have asked anything.... because a rep sent an update to all of my sim cards on my 5 mobile lines and a few days later... all of my FDFL was removed from 3 of my lines. I contacted T-Force back and they stated that they are sorry it was removed and they will put it back onto my lines... but Im waiting to get that text message that my FDFL has been renewed. . i will know more next month when it is scheduled to renew. It used to show up online as Free Data For life .20 GB available.... but now it shows nothing 😥 I merely asked a question... didn't ask for any sim card updates !29Visto1like0ComentariosRe: No monthly discount for loyal customers?
Are you really looking for loyalty discounts from T-Mobile? If you had a business of your own, would you give out discounts and FREE stuff to your loyal customers? Probably not. This is a business after all, the company want to make a profit. T-Mobile is not a Not for profit company.... Look for deals on T-Mobile website, if you were a long time customer... did you miss all the free lines they have given out to customers? I have 3 free voice lines and I have many promotional discounts and free services that was absolutely free from T-Mobile and I have been a customer since around 2008. I save approximately $3,500 per year with all of the discounts and benefits. How's that for being a loyal customer! How come you have not taken advantage of the many T-Mobile free items and services ?23Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Limit data usage
After i re-read my own post, I was hoping you wouldn't get offended by what I wrote. My comments seemed too opinionated, and I didn't realize you were merely responding to someone's question, sorry ( I thought you were Trolling on the forum). T-Mobile has alot of room for improvement, I agree. And I also had horrible experiences but they were all rectified by T-Mobile... usually after I spent countless hours on the phone with customer service. You wrote that T-Mobile don't have Unlimited Data yet... and that's why you left... so what Plan did you have? Almost all of T-Mobile Plans are unlimited 2G/3G after you use up your alloted data and If you have an unlimited plan you won't get throttled until you reach the 50GB if there is congestion on the network in your area. You tottally missed out on the T-Mobile One International Plus Plan.... because that plan was truly unlimited... they discontinued that plan I believe last year. You and your family would of appreciated it. Maybe T-Mobile will restart that Plan again... then you may become a T-mobile customer again.11Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Limit data usage
I like T-Mobile 😊 I have 11 lines (5 voice lines and 2 Wifi Hotspot lines and 4 tablet lines) for under $215 dollars a month. I wouldn't dare bail on my account just because T-Mobile don't have the best parental controls available on their network. Consumers should ponder all available options before just listening to biased comments on this forum. This is a T-Mobile Forum created for T-Mobile current, past, and future customers to connect and find answers to any questions or problems they may have relating to everything T-Mobile. As you stated you left T-Mobile after 7 weeks for another carrier, but yet you are in a T-Mobile Forum. Im guessing the new carrier you went to does not have a forum of its own. Maybe you can persuade your friends, family members and associates to visit the T-Mobile Forum as well to learn more about what T-Mobile has to offer. You will never be happy in the T-Mobile Forum because you are nolonger connected to T-Mobile. Or maybe you are hanging around until you see a killer deal to draw you back as a T-Mobile customer. Just my opinion.12Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: How can I lower my bill?
You may qualify to get a free phone and/or free service and/or discounted service due to your financial situation. I actually have 1 of these phones... i get free data, free text, free calls every month, the network carrier for my free phone is servived by Sprint. But wherever you are, a different carrier may service your area. You will have to search online to see if you qualify in your area. If you currently have or qualify for foodstamps, medicaid, and/or your income is below the poverty line in your area (just to name a few) ... (YOU WILL QUALIFY). This is a governmental phone program... i believe Ronald Reagan started when he was President. Hope your financial situation improves.60Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Assurant robbed me for my money.
I personally believe insurance for a phone is a scam. The money you pay in insurance will pay for a brand new device over time. Im sad this has happened to you. There are some other alternatives for phones.... Apple are selling clearance refurbished iphone se for approximately $249. I know it won't compare to the phone that was stolen.... but it cost only $249😉. Only if the assurant company were able to send you a refurbished iphone for all of the troubles you have had.36Visto6likes0ComentariosRe: Credit check left a hard inquiry
THE BBB sometimes are no help at all in these situations... I have contacted The better Business Bureau many times concerning a variety of different things with other companies and they usually tell me I need to contact the store. If the store already know what has transpired Why am I contacting the store (again)? Only 1 time after contacting the BBB paid off... because I ordered something from a Office Store and they charged my debit card but never delivered the item... several months later they never delivered the item.... the item was a large dresser and the driver wanted me to meet him at a Walmart parking lot because my street was two narrow. Wait a minute is this Craigslist???? You may be just out of luck (sorry)... these class action lawsuits are no guarantee you will win. The only true winner are the lawyers.66Visto0likes0Comentarios
