Re: Assurant robbed me for my money.
I personally believe insurance for a phone is a scam. The money you pay in insurance will pay for a brand new device over time. Im sad this has happened to you. There are some other alternatives for phones.... Apple are selling clearance refurbished iphone se for approximately $249. I know it won't compare to the phone that was stolen.... but it cost only $249😉. Only if the assurant company were able to send you a refurbished iphone for all of the troubles you have had.9Visto6likes0ComentariosRe: What's the difference between the Simple Choice plan and Simple Choice North America?
I had a similar issue a couple of years ago when the Simple Choice North American Plan sprung up.... i was on the Simple Choice Plan and I was thinking adding the new Simple Choice North American Plan to my account was the best thing.... Having the updated T-Mobile Plan I thought was the best thing to get, I was wrong (in my case). Because when i clicked on the button to add the Simple Choice North American Plan, the system was preparing to remove me from my previous plan (PLAN CHANGE) in which unfortunately would remove my Family Stateside International Plan that allows all of the voice lines on my account to have the ability to call internationally for only $10 per month. So if i had made the change and if i had wanted the International Calling Feature under the new Simple Choice North American Plan, i would then have to pay $15 per voice line as opposed to $10 for all voice lines. It was a no brainer to stick with what i had. 😎 And currently i have 5 voice lines all with the ability to call international for only $10 per month vs paying $75 dollars a month ($15 each per line) Im not a genius but im also no dummy lol25Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: T-mobile lied to me TWICE. T-Mobile, when will you make good on your promise?
I am sorry for your negative experience with T-Mobile. I have crappy coverage in my area also... but i use wifi calling for texting and calling in my house. And my service have improved drastically since 2009. If you are not getting the service you are happy with you should find another carrier that will take care of your needs (as you stated you did). As far as getting a refund, If you have any record that you Asked T-Mobile for a refund within the 14 days of purchase ... contact the Corporate Office informing them of your situation.3Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: Why no deals for long time customers?
T-mobile have a variety of limited time deals being offered all the time, as customers we have to grab them before they expire. Currently There is an Alcatel tablet available for FREE and you are not necessarily required to add a line. You just need to have atleast an eligible tablet line of 2GB+ to qualify. If you already have a 2GB tablet line you can score yourself a FREE TABLET but you will be required to pay the sales tax upfront on the tablet. If you don't have a tablet line, you will have to add a line to qualify. Next month I'm sure more deals will appear.😉9Visto1like0ComentariosRe: FamilyWhere Is ruining my life!!
Opening up your own cell phone account is the only viable step. I have a similar issue where my wife track me via ipad/iphone and most times she sees inaccurate data from the map. One time she freaked out because she tracked me driving into the ocean.... well thats what her device displayed...lol..... I am in a slightly different situation cause all i have to do is turn the cellular service off on my Ipad and no more tracky-tracky 😊 . Apparently your husband have trust issues maybe for a variety of reasons and he just want to know whats going on....he wants to keep tabs on his beautiful wife... I do understand his view, and I do understand your view.... The both of you need to come to some sort of mutual understanding concerning the Family Monitoring or it will drain you emotionally and negatively affect your marriage 😥 and unfortunately T-Mobile do not have a marital/social intervention service that could help customers who may be affected negatively due to their great products and services. Wish you both the best ...16Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Free data for life not working - anyone else?
Early this month I contacted T-Force with questions regarding my data limit on 1 of my mobile internet lines.... I shouldnt have asked anything.... because a rep sent an update to all of my sim cards on my 5 mobile lines and a few days later... all of my FDFL was removed from 3 of my lines. I contacted T-Force back and they stated that they are sorry it was removed and they will put it back onto my lines... but Im waiting to get that text message that my FDFL has been renewed. . i will know more next month when it is scheduled to renew. It used to show up online as Free Data For life .20 GB available.... but now it shows nothing 😥 I merely asked a question... didn't ask for any sim card updates !7Visto1like0Comentarios- 2Visto1like0Comentarios
Re: Can I turn ON and/or OFF my hotspot remotely?
Im not familiar with that particular Wifi Hotspot, but anything is possible i guess. If currently there isn't a way to do it, that would be a great cool feature for a manufacturer to install into a future device (you are a genius). 😊 Well anyway, I can only think of ways I would go about doing something like that, and two things popped into mind. #1. You can use one of those electric outlet timers. My wifi hotspot has a physical on/off on the side of it. If your wifi hotspot is similar to that plug a electric outlet timer into an outlet, plug your wifi hotspot to that and set the timer to go on at a specific time everyday. My wifi hotspot has a feature that i can toggle to go off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Then when the next day arrive (in theory) when the timer activates, perhaps the wifi hotspot will turn on again and allows you to access it so you monitor your precious cabin 😀. And as I said, its just a theory, but if you have no other ideas mine is worth looking into. #2. Purchase a circus monkey and train it to turn your wifi hotspot device on and off on command when the phone rings. Animal activist will not approve of this idea, but I like coming up with at least two options for people to choose from and this was the best I could do sorry, lol 😎 But on a serious note, you have really came up with a great question im sure after the right people read this post, they will probably start making your delimma a problem of the past. Good Luck IF anyone else has a better solution than what I have provided I would love to hear it. And you have to admit, I made you atleast smile with my circus monkey solution....lol5Visto1like0Comentarios
