Re: iphone 11 trade in
I asked them about this once, and they told me that the promo value I get is broken into two allotments. The actual value of the phone, and then the promotional credits.… So I saw 120 for my trade in value of device, then they took the rest of the value (mine was 500) remnant value was 320, so that's what got broken into credits toward my payments.26Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Account Suspended For Seemingly No Reason
Account activation with device ordered but not delivered creates a temporary suspension, which is a system function for brand new accounts, to prevent the line from being used before device is in hand, and/or maintain tentative status for a brand new account not fully valid in the system yet. Prepaid to postpaid sometimes creates these conditions while everything moves over.15Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: T-mobile needs to fix the data issue with Canada

We have went through all their troubleshooting things via phone call. Calling and texting works fine. Data roaming is on. Nothing has changed just that the data stopped working. Last time I was in Toronto, was most of October. Columbus Day is Canadian Thanksgiving. I had no issues the whole time I was there. 5G though, isn't included in roaming, so you won't get 5G in Canada, even where available. Ooooohhh good point.n def want to make sure any 5g device switches to LTE in voice/data or data options in settings.3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: T-mobile needs to fix the data issue with Canada
Does your plan have "mobile without borders"? Do you have a billed roaming data block? Roaming reduction block? Been outside of the us with a us number for more than two months? Used up your fair use limit of 5GB for Canada roaming in one billing cycle? These are all questions I would ask my care rep. Have you ever needed a data pass?5Visto0likes0Comentarios
