Re: how to leave a good customer service review?
I was reviewing my account and the details of my plan (GO5GPLUS). I have 6 lines and TMobile is charging me $160for first 3 lines and $40 for the other 3 lines. A total of $320 Reviewing the same plan (GO5GPLUS)in the TMobile website, they are offering $220 for 5 lines plus 1 additional line. I called customer service and now they are telling me that is a website mistake and they are investigating. They opened a case and are returning my call in one week. I have been paying the same rate for months and I am a client coming from Sprint. I hope TMobile give me credit for all themonths that I have been overpaying. Looking forward to hear from them soon.
