It's frustrating I have called customer service they send me new gateway and still same issue. I don't know what else to do hard resets don't help. Soft resets don't work. My internet now will work til maybe tomorrow morning and when I wake up will have to reset my device again I had to buy a new router. Connected it to the Gateway and have had no problems since.
