Multiple tickets and hours on the phone with them and still no fix. They can see what we can't so they close the tickets. It's great that the techs can see my usage.... Can I have their direct phone number so I can call them to tell me how much I've used and how much I have left this month.... Verizon has unlimited for what I pay for 5gbs..... How much data have I used? No way to tell anymore... The gauge or meter is no longer visible unless you work for T-Mobile. 4 ticket closed by them with no resolve.
