T-Mobile stopped reporting usage August 26

Same here... Reported and created at least 4 tickets and hours in the phone and still can't see my data usage gauge or meter since last month. They, tech's, can see what I can't. No matter what phone or computer I use. If not fixed soon.... It's back to Verizon.
