Re: No more auto pay discount? No Customer Service contact?
I was told that they're trying to avoid paying the fee credit cards charge them for their usage. I would never give any business access to my debit card or banking info! I wonder if other providers will follow T-Mobile's lead? BTW, You can still use your credit card, but not for autopay..7Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: Questions about promised promotion
I bought directly from T-Mobile. I just found out why I'm not eligible for the gift card. My phone is essentially free, so I'm not eligible for the card. I'm annoyed that the store employee didn't mention this. I've been checking other carriers in the meantime, but not sure what I'll do. I don'ttrust these businesses at all (I'm cynical about all business). I must admit, the service through T-Mobile has been good so far. I'm on the $40/month plan, and would like to get a cheaper plan, like other carriers have, but there isn't any cheaper on T-Mobile. The fact is that the phone isn'tactually free until about 2 years later;so the company uses that to lock a customer in to their plan. Pretty tricky. looks like I'll probably stay with T-Mobile, but I'm angered that the store didn't explain things more fully. Nice people to deal with, though.12Visto0likes0ComentariosQuestions about promised promotion
I've been a T-Mobile customer for 2 months. I was promised a $200 gift card for purchasing the service. I've heard nothing so far. What seems to be the problem? Also, when I call customer service (611), the call will disconnect after a minute or so. I hope I didn't buy into a shady business. Anyone else experiencing these issues?Solved116Visto0likes2Comentarios
