Need to vent about terrible t-mobile website
How do we access monthly billing statements through the t-mobile website? What's the point of going paperless if we can't even view our monthly statement? Are we just blindly paying our monthly bills? I had to call customer support to help set up Autopay. Autopay just takes you from site to site but nowhere to update payment to autopay. What the heck happened to the website that i have to contact customer service every month and take up my lunch time to get issues resolved? And still no way to access billing statements. This is ridiculous! Customer support is great but they can only do so much if the website is trash.87Visto0likes2Comentarios
