Re: cant view devices in my app
My apologies, I am referring to a factory reset of the gateway. However, even connecting the Amazon Echo on a separate wireless router is no longer working for me. Moving the Firestick works fine, but Alexa causes the 500 error when trying to list devices no matter what. However I can still open the T-Mobile app. Please post updates or more questions. Gracias.14Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Anyone's Home Internet App not loading?
I had tofactory reset my gateway after disconnecting the Alexa. Then I was ableto connect the T-Mobile app. I hope this works for you. It is extremely frustrating. I get it. Also, the only work aroundfor this to get a wireless access point and connect It to an Ethernet port on the gateway. I haven't tried it yet. My WAP just arrived today.10Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Anyone's Home Internet App not loading?

Its stuck at loading. Disconnect all Amazon devices. I disconnected my FireStick and the TMobile app loads now.3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: gateway error 500
jimcee wrote: Agree with the suggestion to disconnect all Amazon devices from the gateway. If my Fire TV is connected to the gateway WIFI, I get the error 500 when trying to list devices. If I move my Fire TV to my router WIFI (my router is attached to the gateway's 1Gb Ethernet port), the error goes away. I have the Sagemcom5688W gateway. I unplugged my Firestick and it solved the issue!1Ver0likes0Comentarios
