Re: VPN issues
T-mobile home internet tech support was able to remotely downgrade my VPN firmware/software so that it works with Global Protect VPN. After the reset, I had to turn the router off, unplug it, then plug it back in after 30 seconds or so then turn it on, for it to work. The representative said that current firmware is known to have issue with Global Protect VPN and they are working on fixing that.1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: VPN issues

The previous several months this was always the case for me, I'd get about a 10-fold reduction in download speed and there was always massive latency. My grey cylinder stopped working with my company just few days ago, maybe after they updated its firmware? How do I find out the firmware version? Anyway, I just discovered using my cell phone hot spot as an initial connection helped me connect to company VPN using tmobile home internet. Anyone know why that might be? Here are the steps I used: Connect my Macbook Proto cell phone hotspot Connect to VPN (GlobalProtect in my case) Switch wifi connection from cell phone hotspot to T-mobile home internet Wait for VPN to reconnect The VPN connection is now working over T-mobile home internet1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: VPN issues
My VPN connection again had issues for the past couple of days. Each time tech support (1-844-275-9310) was able to fix it. I was told by the the representative today that T-Mobile hardware team is aware of the problem and has a software fix that they will roll out by May 23rd? However, she was able to put in a ticket for me to expedite the update of my device so hopefully I do not have to keep calling them after that.1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: VPN issues

VPN to company stopped working this morning. I just came home and did the factory reset for 45 sec again and now VPN is working again. Very odd.1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: VPN issues
