TM Tower/Server Saturation?
I signed on with TMin May of 2022 with their 5G Home Internet and was quite pleased for the first year. Now, at the 2+ year mark, I am experiencing multiple service interruptions each day. At first, my gateway indicated three bars out of 5 for service. Today (over several months) I still have the same signal strength, but quite often lose my internet connection. I have begun to wonder if there are no more towers in my area, but TM is continuing to sell their service, thereby creating overloading of their towers / servers. If that's the case, I really don't feel that a visit to the local store from an "already existing, paying customer" is going to do any good.
