Hello Nes, Have you tried reaching out via Chat either using the App or The web (https://www.t-mobile.com/contact-us); if you're using the web, make sure you're not logged into your account. I normally get better results when I chat as the normal wait time is about 2 to 5 minutes. Another avenue is by going to Twitter and sending a Direct Message using@TMobileHelp I've gotten results here to. Normally for pre-paid phones, its usually via cash by purchasing a refill card at a store that sells them or you refill via debit/credit card. Normally if you have a checking account and your paying via check you should receive a debit card with a visa or master card logo so you can pay it from there.
