Home Intenet. Has anyone found a way to get competent support?
Has anyone found a way to access technical support and get past the Level 1 folks? I'm getting very erratic connection speeds and occasional drops. I'm showing 3 bars of signal strength, but support has been unable to provide any meaningful diagnostic information The T-Mobile router is giving me DHCP leases as short as 1 hour It's more than very painful to attempt to explain why this is not a good idea on the private network Thanks all113Visto0likes1Comentario
