Home Intenet. Has anyone found a way to get competent support?

Has anyone found a way to access technical support and get past the Level 1 folks?

I’m getting very erratic connection speeds and occasional drops.

  • I’m showing 3 bars of signal strength, but support has been unable to provide any meaningful diagnostic information

The T-Mobile router is giving me DHCP leases as short as 1 hour

  • It’s more than very painful to attempt to explain why this is not a good idea on the private network

Thanks all

Don't count on it. The best I got was a free month here and there because the speeds are pathetic. I live in a rural area where you'd think the bandwidth competition was low but our download speeds suck. The only reason we're keeping the service is because my wife occasionally has to upload large graphics files, the upload speeds are great. Download speeds are typically less than 30 Mb and drop to 1-5 Mb. There's no way we can stream video. We ended up getting our DSL back. The DSL speeds are a consistent 56 Mb download, plenty good enough for 4K streaming. Our DSL provider is laying cable here over the next two years, at which point I'm dropping this awful tmobile home internet like a lead balloon. Good luck.
