Have T-mobile Intenet but no T-moble phone number how do I log in?
I am unable to log into my T-Mobile Internet account because Although I was assigned a phone number as part of the account set up it doesn't go to any device and when I try to verify my account I get an error message. Does anyone know how to deal with this problem.

I've just come across this same issue myself. We purchased a data only sim from a T-Mobile store for a hotspot. After logging into my account with my email for about a week, I'm now being asked for a phone number. The login won't accept mine so I'm assuming it wants the number tied to the sim card on the account. Getting texts on that number would require transferring the sim card into a device capable of receiving texts which I should not have to do.
For users who do not actually have a phone despite being issued a number, suddenly requiring text verification to that number is a huge oversight.

I am having that exact problem purchased a sim card for a hot spot keeps asking for my phone number I don't have a tmobile #. Do you have any info. on this?

I was able to fix this by calling T-Mobile's customer support line. I was told that the only way to resolve the issue when it happens is to make a new account and associate the number with that account, which the rep did for me, I haven't been asked for a phone number since. Call them and they should sort you out.
