I am commenting on every one of these threads where new users cannot get their T-mobile ID if they have Home Internet service only. This has been an issue for a very long time. How can T-mobile allow this problem to persist?

I will comment on each of these issues/comments in hopes that they will resolve this issue. I am having the same problem and T-mobile refuses to resolve an issue.

How can this issue be shown as SOLVED. Maybe that one user has received their Tmobile ID but most of us have not had this issue resolved! I have been on the phone NUMEROUS times with customer service. The only response I get is that they are working on resolution. This is ridiculous.
