Hello, I would like to elevate a concern I have. On 5/14 I came into to the TMobile store # 8489 to exchange my recent purchase of a Samsung Plus phone. I wanted to switch to the Samsung Ultra plus as the previous one was too small. I was told that the 14day trail period had ended just ONE DAY previously and NOTHING could be done. I explained that I had been a TMobile customer for more than 10years and asked that an exception could be made. The extremely DISINTERESTED manager told me no. Long story short, I paid more than $1000 to payoff my current phone (15 days old) and proceeded to buy my current phone, that I am VERY happy with btw. My question is who do I need to contact as I would like for for this situation to be reviewed and possibly REVERSED. I feel like a one day exception could have and should have been made for a LOYAL customer. I am not revealing the managers name here because even though her entire demeanor was one of indifference, its not my goal to embarrass her. I just need to know how to get a full refund or perhaps some credit. LOYALTY needs to count for something. ¡Gracias!142Visto0likes0Comentarios
