try to open the email you received from T-mobile and click the link in the email. This will lead to T-mobile site where you should be able to log in.

Lo sentimos. Parece que se nos cruzaron los cables. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. Same problem here as of today ( 11/14/20). Nothing worked. Then tried to open T-mobile email and clicked the link in the email that leaded to T-mobile login site. From here I was able to log in.
