Can't reactivate suspended line
My phone was stolen, so I wiped it remotely and suspended the line on the T-Mobile web site. I purchased a new phone as an upgrade and received a new SIM. I have tried to reactivate the line from theT-Mobile web site, but it sends a text message to the suspended line to verify my identity. I can't receive the text because the line is suspended.
