how to get upper.mabagement firesd and start again with people who care? when you have more bad than good ita time to clean house and start again.
T-mobile constantly promises and never delivers. T mobile keeps forcing you to change rate plans when you don't want to and they continue to stop honoring discounts and promotions and credits making you cool and wait on hold for an hour's at a time just to get things that you were promised. Upper management has set up this apathetic policy and they don't give a d*** about their customers anymore witch is sad since t mobile used to be a great company with great customer service but since we have all these new young executives who know nothing. Bring back people who care and are willing to build a good company. Stop outsourcing everything, bring the jobs back to the US. Allow customer service people or their managers to make real corporate decisions again. Stop with these stupid rate plans. The phone uses basic electronics and doesn't require much labor to maintain the system. Towers and relays are still spotty. Maybe one day t-mobile will grow up and become a decent company but until it learns to honor its word and to keep its word with its customer it will continue to loose more customers than it will gain. Profits down, revenue down, stocks down, shareholders dissatisfied, ceo out seems to be the only way left. Good luck, I am looking for an alternative cell phone company after 20 years of loyalty to a corporation that doesn't value its customers. Too bad. How do I get all middle manage fired for their stupid lousy customer service training. Politeness over solving problems. Promising a certain deal then consistanly going back on their word. Same after 20 years of being with them, its not worth it anymore. I would rather try a small company and start all over again. They refuse to honor their word. They have new child execs who are fresh out of college and have no ethics or history of customer service. They know nothing and couldn't careabout the customer. What the stupid corporate execs would rater loose 10 people and not understand that when you loose one customer it is like loosing 20 plus because each customer you loose will tell at least 20 others. It takes a minimum of 20 new customers to offset the loss of just one customer. Too Bad I used to love t-mobile because of their people. I dont want to talk to anyone outside the US nor do I want to talk to people who can't make decisions. Their overseas managers can't either. T-mobile needs to fire their entire top tier management bring back the old timers who cared. Stop wasting money on slick ads.and start delivering good service again. RIP.
