Thank you. My next step was going into the store....I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. I checkedmy plan, and all 4 of my lines have the exact same plan allowances checked, even unchecked and rechecked lol. I have unlimited data, magenta max unlimited plan.. But it's limiting only my son's line and not letting him use mobile data of any kind… Does anyone have any idea why this could be? ...we have and use wifi a majority of the time...so even if we had limited data...we wouldn't need to use it often...99Visto0likes2Comentarios
