anonymous calls
Tmoble needs to make an app besides scam shield that blocks anonymous calls. Scam shield does not work and it sends the caller to vm to be able to still harras you. They should not be able to get thru period, for unknown calls or ones that block thier number. If you go to the app and silence unknown callers then that blocks everyone on who calls you and thats pointless. You can miss an important call, using that feature. Something needs to be done immediately, because scam shield is garbage. If you have stalkers or people harrasing you and they can still leave VM whats the point. We pay enought for our phone service to have a feature added that does not allow silence callers, unknown callers or block callers to even be able to get through, it should be a busy or disconnected signal. TMOBILE i hope someone sees this and can fix this immediately. WE should not have to pay for an outside company and download garbage on our phones just to be able to have some peace. Some people are in horrible situations and this feature is needed to prevent any futher havoc.52Visto0likes0Comentarios
