Re: ITS TIME TO SUE T-MOBILE BAD INTERNET SERVICE
In my area of Oregon, my 5g is about 16 mbps downand .01 mbps up. It wreaks havoc on apps that need two way traffics. I found FCC metrics that a mobile provider shall provide 10down and 1 up. I have file an FCC complaint, and I have asked my Congressman to compel T-Mobile to provide adequate data in my area or exit my rural market and allow a smaller carrier to pick up our accounts and they can upgrade their infrastructure to handle our data requirements. I have filed a FTC fraud complaint. The FTC doesn't notify T-Mobile or try to correct the issue. They collect complaints from customers and look for factual evidence of fraud from systemic abuse.2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: ITS TIME TO SUE T-MOBILE BAD INTERNET SERVICE

From what I've read here, T-Mobile is providing refunds for those who ask and cancel. Moreover, it's a totally wireless type of internet service. There will never be techs coming to your house. (One of the pluses of this type of internet service, in my opinion.) You need a wired service for home visits. Is Cox or Verizon in your area? Why should we give T-mobile a free pass for failing to provide us with adequate services in exchange for our very hard earned money?2Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Network Congestion

Starlink would not work out to be the best for what is offered for my location. I am not far from the 5g cell site. That's what kills me. Speeds when humming along are super fast for the price T-Mobile charges. Problem is I do not believe the network congestion can be overcome unless T-Mobile upgrades their cell site. Which I do not think will happen. Thank you for the suggestion. I just got done with me FCC complaint. T-mobile told me that our area towers are over congested and they have no plans to add towers to fix the poor/no connectivity.16Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Network Congestion
I would look for service from another provider as T-mobiles towers are allegedly over used creating slower speeds. Do you live in an area that does not have internet service providers or you branded to T-Mobile and love throwing money away for mediocre service? Try Starlink12Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Anyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile
Sadly, that is a metric companies care about. They believe loyalty will save them from poor product service. My wife has been a customer for 15 years but she too tires from the poor network performance. T-mobile will only care about their business when they start losing ours.1Ver1like0ComentariosRe: Anyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile

At some point that changed and ever since then we only get one bar on our mobile phones and often get dropped calls, sometimes at the most inopportune moments. If TMO changed towers and their new infrastructure is blocked from my area that would explain why nothing they say or promise improves the reception. Seems they need to find additional towers or find a technological improvement to actually respond to the many complaints about bad reception on this post. They guarantee coverage but they don't guarantee connectivity is their fcc response. They have too many customers. The FCC and FTC don't care.2Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: Anyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile

We switched over from Verizon about 3 years ago because we responded to a promotion offered by T-Mobile whereby offered much better coverage at much better prices. Turns out that their marketing in advertising campaign was misleading and inaccurate at best. From day one, the coverage and reception was below any basic level of acceptance causing phone calls in messages to drop or fail at a rate off three failed for one success. After a few months, I complained with T-Mobile, they profusely apologized and told us to be patient because they were in the process of rolling out their new 5G Network and also merging their Network with sprints, and they said that the coverage and service issues will greatly improve in a matter of weeks or a couple of months at the most. When this didn't happen, I called to request a transfer of service and they insisted that it was just a matter of time for their coverage and service to noticeably improve and they offer a nominal remporary discount to keep us from switching over. As expected, the coverage and service not only did not improve but got worse. After another 12 months have gone by and everyone in our household having being fed up with dropped calls failed messages in lack of connectivity, we have decided to switch over to another carrier. When I call T-Mobile to inquire about the process, they told me that we're free to switch over but they're going to charge us retractively rebates and fees that they have waived because we're not meeting the term of our contract. And my question to them what kind of compensation do we get for the 3 years of failing to provide the most basic service that we have been faithfully paying in full for almost 3 years. We'll know that these are tactics that these types of companies use to hold people hostage regardless of whether they are the ones at fault in causing you to leave. This should be unacceptable! I would file an FTC complaint.1Ver0likes0Comentarios
