I think they filtered it out because of some of the choice words I had for them and calling them out for their poor customer service over the last 2 months.4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: 5GUC
When is T-Mobile gonna fix this issue? There are multiple threads on this same issue within the T-Mobile Community and never see a response from their support team. Do they even look at these msgs? Been dealing with this since I got my new Samsung A25 phone. Works as expected with LTE and 5G, but as soon as it displays 5GUC the phone might as well be a paper weight. UC must not stand for Ultra Capacity. I've had multiple calls into support….THAT TAKES 45min everytime, along with their screaming kids in the background as they work from home, and still nothing. The last person tried to tell me the issue was that the unlocked phone I bought from Best Buy was locked and that was the issue. Seriously? I gotta say she seemed so confident I hesitated for 3 seconds in believing her, then called BS. But that's what you get when you have a person following a check list while TSing. So T-mobile….. Why don't I see these same issued with Verizon customers complaining about their Ultra Wideband service? Why did you roll out a capability toyour Network without making sure your back haul software and equipment was ready to support it? Why did I buy a new 5G phone to only be able to use LTE? You should reimburse me for the $300 I spend on this thing or credit my account every month until your get your Network working properly. And while you are at it, adjust your exagerated 4Gand 5G coverage maps. Cause we all know that is a lie. By the way….I came over from Verizon approx 2 years ago to get what I thought was a simple cell service in 2024 while saving some money! Gotta say, I never had connection issues while with Verizon. I guess that's my bad and I get what I pay for. On my way to a Verizon store to get a 30 Day trial to further prove that this issue is your Network. If I remember and still with T-Mobile, I will post results to read by all...except a customer service person.4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: 5G network keep dropping
Finally found the thread that matches my exact problems! Samsung A25 owner here. Last month I started losing network connectivity for no reason. 1st 3 months with the phone were great and now this. Seems to be worse when on the move between towers...cycles from 5gUCto 5G to LTE and will not pass data. Have to cycle airplane mode, reset network connections, or restart phone. T-mobile said there was a ticket opened up on a local tower near me and could be causing my issues. Not sure I buy that because it happens all over the Colorado City I drive in. They reset my network setting from there end and it worked great that night, until I drove to work the next day.Had A new SIM card installed and it changed nothing. Took my phone to a approved Samsung store and they ran an in depth scan of the hardware and said everything was perfect. Only thing they seen was the consistent network resets. So what gives T-Mobile? How about some answers, fixes, or refunds!!! Not gonna lie, never had connectivity the entire 10 years I was with Verizon. Now...it's always something. Your coverage maps are not as accurate as you say they are.12Visto0likes0Comentarios
