UPS says T-Mobile must authorize a release to pickup at the UPS hub. T-Mobile rep says they don't have the authority to do so. Meanwhile, I'll never get my package. I'm stopping by the hub this evening to see what happens in person. Otherwise, I will cancel my order and their service.
