Same issue. I can enter the T-mobile id which is my email (upper/lower case doesn't matter)...then password successfully but when I am asked for a phone number to link to, neither my router's virtual phone number or my non-T-Mobile cell number will be accepted. I've spoken with a few different T-Mobile support reps and each have acknowledged the problem, said they're working on it, and was told wait 24 hours and keep trying. It's been a few weeks since I got the service up and running. On the bright side, the internet speeds are generally pretty impressive and service has been reliable.61Visto1like0Comentarios
