can i get compensated for useless service?
I have been paying for magenta max service for over a year now but problem is since I got this service I cant use my internet for anything cause it's so slow 0.4mbps that's less than 2g speed multiple chats with support switched sims and phones no improvement at all my area shows on coverage maps as ultra capacity but that's not what I am getting I'm paying for service I cant even use cause it's so slow this is beyond unacceptable it's stupid on my part to be paying for crap that they cant seem to fix. Any suggestions??Re: 5G UC 4 bars, "unlimited premium data " but network so congested its unuseable.

If I use a VPN it gets much faster but still even with a VPN can't watch any type of video only buffering only thing that works for me is buy a att prepaid 50.00 a month unlimited data sim put it in a old att comparable phone use it as a hotspot connect your t-mobile phone to it and problem solved t-mobile service is horrible and they block anything and everything after a year of horrible service this is my only working solution that worksRe: why is my data so famn slow.... almost a year since i got magenta max still cant fix this
Thanks I also think I'm being throttled I have called support and advanced support multiple times within the last year all with no results plus data seems to get slower And slower . Last time I called support was two days ago.... Another hour or so wasted trying basic troubleshooting that never works
