I haven't tried the reset yet, but I'll do that later as it seems that it may not help in my case. After communicating with T-Mobile's contact for ARIN, the issue appears to be bad data my work is getting for geolocation data. That seems plausible as other IP lookup sites put it in Kansas City, MO. Periodically, I get an IP address in the range of 172.59.72.X, and this seems to get geolocated to Shanghai, China. When this happens, my work's conditional access policy will block my login. Additionally, I noticed some parts of Windows, such as theweather and news flyout, will be in Chinese when this happens. My work's IT department says the geolocation data isn't their issue to resolve, so I thought I would post it here.
