JMM42, I understand your Account Takeover Protection issue. Since I have a Sprint account, I'm getting caught in a loop trying to access the information and sign up online. The info and sign up page is on Tmobile's site but one has to login WITH A TMOBILE ACCOUNT to access it. I called Tmobile customer service but didn't put my number in. They called me back within 2 hours. Here's what I got: 1) Tmobile cannot view Sprint accounts because they are still in a different database and 2) since I want to have access to Tmobile customer service instead of Sprint, I can go into a Tmobile store to migrate my account to Tmobile. It occurs to me that migration WILL change my plan, and instead of having access to both Sprint and Tmobile towers it MAY limit me to only Tmobile towers. I have had the same positive experience with swapping the Sprint sim for the Tmobile sim. After lots of service problems and having no luck with Sprint customer service, I went to a Tmobile store. The manager swapped the sim and life is better!18Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Welcome Sprint Community!
Hi asadulsx, Interestingly I have had the reverse problems. I was with Tmobile for over 10 years but switched to Sprint one month before the merger for a better rate, knowing that the merger would happen. For just over a year I've had horrible Sprint customer service. All the Sprint reps seem to be using a script both in chat and via 611. Going into a Tmobile store, the manager swapped out my Sprint sim card for a Tmobile sim card. That helped my service issues. In my experience Tmobile is better at troubleshooting AND LISTENING. The few times I've been able to actually be transferred to a Tmobile rep, my problem is resolved. Hopefully by setting up a Tmobile community forum account, my customer service experiences will be more positive again!8Visto1like0Comentarios
