this is a known issue with this model of phone. and not have a phone while they take a week or two to repair it? Can't since we use the phone for authentication at work. All I asked was they take what I have paid for this phone and send me a new one and I will send this one back and continue to pay on the new one.8Visto0likes0ComentariosWhy was I threatened by T-Mobile?
I was on a support call asking to change the phone which I have paid over $700 for so far (far beyond what they paid for it) and just asked for a newer phone that did not have the KNOWN problems this zfold 4 has. and I was threatened by the so called supervisor!!! He told me I am responsible for the phone so if it failed.. basically insinuating it was my fault even though I've never dropped or exposed it to water and the protective layer came off. I just asked to have the money I paid so far for the z fold 4 toward a new phone that I would continue to pay on.. and he threatened me with the "your responsible to pay off the z fold 4" (basically telling the customer F u, pay us then we will think about taking care of you!!. ) So I'm going to have to go to another provider.. I'm sad that a company like this who has KNOWN issues with z fold 4 will just crap on there customers!!Solved158Visto0likes9Comentarios
